Enzymatic DM-8627 H. Conc. is an acid cellulase, and is a kind of highly concentrated cellulose derived from a submerged fermentation, used for the formulation of products for fuzz removing effect and other styles, also can be used directly for garment wash and dyeing mills with different processing conditions, and for the polishing finish of knitted and woven fabrics of cellulosic fibre such as cotton, linen, tencel, viscose rayon etc.

      5. The damage to fibre strength is negligible.

PROCESSING CONDITIONS

      For the garment wash of leisure goods, and also for the fuzz removing process for knitted goods:

Enzyme dosage:                  0.3 ~ 1.0%

L.R.                                     1: 5 ~ 15

Temp.                                  55 ~ 60oC

Treatment duration: 30 ~ 60min (the actual duration depends on processing requirement)pH value: 4.5 ~ 5.0 (the best pH is 4.6 ~ 4.8, if not within this range, this can be adjusted by adding glacial acetic acid and sodium acetate as butter solution)

      Inactivation:

The solution pH is adjusted to 9.0 ~ 9.5 with sodium carbonate, and the temp. is heated up to 65 ~ 80oC, keep for 10 ~ 15min at least, then rinse two times thoroughly, proceed to next treatment process.

  2.  Treated with bleaching agent.

      The product is a kind of highly concentrated original enzyme, it can be directly used, and also can be used after dilution.

Store in cool place at 25oC or below, sealed tightly, avoid high temp. and direct sunlight, then, its activity will not be lower than its specified activity.
