3. Introduction of the machine

(1) CNC Floor type Boring machine is a general-purpose machine which is designed and manufactured with new technology such as modern mechanical, electrical and hydraulic technologies.

(2) This machine not only has extendable boring spindle to carry out the machining by common floor-type boring machines but also has extendable square ram which is equipped with both milling and boring spindle.

(3) It adopts a lot of advanced automatic accuracy compensation technologies, such as pre-pressed, on play, high accuracy ball screw drive in axes X,Y,Z,W, multi-point, closed multi-point hydrostatic guideways on linear guideways with dynamic and static friction coefficient of no crawling at low speed.

(4) The CNC system of the machine adopts the German Siemens 840D CNC system, realizing the simultaneous motion of any 4 axes, This machine can complete milling, boring, drilling, tapping and curve surface and curve line machining in five axes (such as propeller blade) through one set-up.
