Technical Innovation of the machine:

1. The main driver of the machine adopts advanced second gearshift and stepless electric variable speed gearing, which can realize the stepless variable speed gearing in wide range. The main driver motor adopts imported spindle motor and the starting torque is great. It has the orientation ability for the main spindle.

2. The slide bed,ram and main spindle adopt closed multi-point hydrostatic guideways with low dynamic and static friction coefficient and keep no crawling at low speed in feed process.

3. The feed drive components in axes X,Y,Z,W adopt the pre-loaded backlash free high accuracy ball screw.

4. The linear movement of the column ram and headstock adopts floating clamp installation. The clamp speed is fast and reliable, which keeps the thickness of the oil film out of effect.

5. The tool clamp of the main spindle adopts disk spring-group clamp and hydraulic pressure loosening way. It is safe, stable and fast.

6. The guard of lathe bed and column guideway adopts stainless steel guard produced by the domestic specific factory.
