Detailed Product Description
This kind of boiler was developed by our company, based on our experience of other kind of circulating fluidized boilers and the supporting of Tsinghua University and the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
It adopts most advanced technologies in fluidized boiler. Its structure is compact and simple. The boiler proper is made up of Combustion Device, Coal Conveyor, Water-cool System, High Temperature Cyclone, Super Heater, Convection Bank, Economizer, Air Heater, Steel Frame, Ladder, Boiler setting. The furnace is made up of Membrane Water Cool Wall. It can be started up and shut down quickly. And it has features of high efficiency and stable working.
It adopts Water Cool Air Distributor, for ingnition, there are Wood Ignition on the Bed and Oil Gun Ignition under the Bed two methods. The High Temperature Cyclone is installed near the Exit of the Furnace, the temperature of entering gas is 850~950, Coal Refeed Device is installed under it, which can turn back the separated coal into the Furnace for buring. The separated gas enter the Heating Surface via Gas Pass on the top of the boiler.
It can be adjusted to many kinds of coal, and it can desulfurate inside the boiler, so it is environment friendly.
