There are much exhausted gas generated in coking plant. In order to recover the gas whose temperature is 550900, we developed double(sing) Drum Natural Circulating  Widthwise Layot Water Tube Boiler.It was developed and we have its patent right. It has the features of novel structure and advenced performance.

The exhausted gas passes throught the Boiler Slag Screen, Superheater, Convection Bank and Economizer, then it is discharged. After that, it enters the Divce Of Desulphurization and Dust Removal, passes through Induced Draft Fan then discharged. The Boiler Slag Screen is actually made of tubes of Water Cool Wall, but the quantity of the tubes is reduced. The superheater adopts horizontal top-supported structure by hangers and which is made up of High Temperature Section and Low Temperature Section. The middle part of the boiler adopt Non-contact Attemperator or Spray Desuperheating. The Convection bank is laid out in line,the gas passes through Traverse Baffle several times, so the speed is increased and generates side knock, through which,the efficiency of Convection Tube is enhanced. The economizer is made of Surpentine tubes,and the tubes are laid out in staggered lines, so fuel gas is also side knocked. There is Membrane Wall in the middle of the Water-cool System, which not only increase the heating area but also enhance the ability of seal and saftey. At the same time, it enables the small occupation of the boiler.

We have patent right to this new type Coking Waste Heat Boiler. It overcome many shortcomings of other waste boilers, the parts of the boiler can be reorganized without changing their functions, the smoke dust is seperated in two sections of the boiler.  And this boiler has the features of high efficiency, small occupation, novel structure, lost cost, energy saving, environment friendly and so on, so it is a national top class product.
