For frame and fork, it depends on whether we have the items in stock. If we have semi-products in stock, it takes 7-14 days. If we don’t have semi-products in stock, it takes 14-30 days or longer. 8.Do you do any testing for products before launching them on sale ?Yes, of course. We always do the testing in house for every new products or send them to the third party for testing if necessary. There are three options. 1) Customized logos and painting.2) TIMETEC decal.3) Blank. Note: For customized logos and painting, there will be surcharge. Please contact us by [email protected] for surcharge and the operation process. We offer 1 year warranty for wheels/rims and 2 years for frame/fork/seatpost. You can claim for replacement or refund after you receive our products. Below are the warranty procedure:1. Please make sure the warranty is valid before submitting your claim. 2. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] with below details. - Order number, Item number, specification (size, weave, finish, spoke holes, hub etc.). - Clear pictures or video to show the defective parts.- Description of how long and often you have used the products, how you found the defect. More details will be highly appreciated. 3. If your product is confirmed to be defective in manufacturing technique, you can submit an return or exchange claim. But pls make sure items are in below conditions.- Items are new and without being used- Items are packed in original package. If can’t be returned with original package,you must pack it with safety box to avoid damage during return. Also all spare parts concerned must not be lost.4. Normal wear parts like spokes ,hubs,nipples,rims/frame crash are not under warranty as well as the accident damaged.5.
