If we don’t have semi-products in stock, it takes 14-30 days or longer. 8.Do you do any testing for products before launching them on sale ?Yes, of course. We always do the testing in house for every new products or send them to the third party for testing if necessary. We offer 1 year warranty for wheels/rims and 2 years for frame/fork/seatpost. You can claim for replacement or refund after you receive our products. Below are the warranty procedure:1. Please make sure the warranty is valid before submitting your claim. 2.
