JOINLEADER 700 Industry Silicone Sealant is special for the adhesive and sealing for the electrical appliance industry, the automobile industry, the mechanical industry and the refrigerating industry.

JOINLEADER 700 Industry Silicone Sealant is designed for adhesion and sealing for refrigerator, induction cooker and other household electrical appliances.
JOINLEADER 700 Industry Silicone Sealant is ideally suited for adhesion and sealing for energy saving lamp, Automobile lights.
JOINLEADER 700 Industry Silicone Sealant is also used for electronic component sealing, adhesive and sealing for automotive, machine industry.
HOW TO USE
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: +5°C to +40°C
Cleanse with a cleaning agent, to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean(JOIN LEADER also provide the cleaning agent for your convenience).
Use the sealant after cleaning agent dries, around 1~2mins later. You can use two different cloth, one for cleaning agent, and the other for sealant. (Notice that the two can’t be mixed use together, and the second cloth will be better purified cotton and no picking.)
For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application.
Cut nozzle to desired size and extrude sealant to joint areas.
Tool immediately after sealant application, make it smooth and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
SHELF LIFE
Store the sealant in cool and ventilated condition, keep it from fire, heat and oxidizing substance; keep the container well sealed, free from water and moisture.
9 month’s shelf under 10-27°C, it is suggested to use in the first 6 months
After unsealing, cartridge or nozzle may be stuffed by cured sealant even before the expiry date, remove it, then you can still use the sealant normally.
