PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

JOIN LEADER 120 Anti-Mildew Silicone Sealant is a high performance neutral cure silicone sealant designed to resist the growth of mould and mildew where conditions of high humidity and temperature exist.

JOIN LEADER 120 Anti-Mildew Silicone Sealant is specialized for kitchen & bath, in and around: Bathrooms , Laundry sinks, Ceramic tiles,Vitreous china, etc.

JOIN LEADER 120 Anti-Mildew Silicone Sealant offers excellent adhesion and long term durability, compatibility with a wide variety of substrates, and good weatherproof ability.

FEATURES

Contains a fungicide to inhibit the growth of mould and mildew.

Neutral cure, will not corrode metals, concrete or brick.

APPLICATIONS

JOIN LEADER 120 Anti-Mildew Silicone Sealant is designed to use for sealing nonporous surfaces around kitchen, showers, tubs, sinks and plumbing fixtures where conditions of high humidity and temperature extremes exist.

JOIN LEADER 120 Anti-Mildew Silicone Sealant can be used to sealing water supply and sewerage systems, sealing in cold storage rooms, containers and air condition systems.

JOIN LEADER 120 Anti-Mildew Silicone Sealant is also suited for general purpose glazing, sealing and weatherproofing applications, has excellent adhesion to glass, glazed surfaces, anodized aluminum, concrete, cement, wood and many plastics.

APPLICATION LIMITS

JOIN LEADER 120 Anti-Mildew Silicone Sealant is not suitable for adapting to structural fitting and following situations:

1. To all surfaces that bleed oil, plasticizers or solvents such as wood immersed in oil, oil crack filler, and some uncured or sulfurized fat and to surface where is wet;

2. To the substrate that the surface temperature exceeds +45°C or apply at temperatures below 5°C;

3. Use in the manufacturer of IG units;

4. To closed or confined areas where sealant cure may be inhabited by lack of air (silicone sealant need the water in the air to cure);

5. To use in construction or sealing of aquariums;

6. To the painted surfaces, may cause seal failure as the paint cracking or stripping;

7. To the surfaces that with direct touch of food.

8. Do not use for structural glazing.

9. Not recommended for joints where movement exceeds ±20%.

HOW TO USE

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE:   +5°C to +45°C

Cleanse with a cleaning agent, to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean(JOIN LEADER also provide the cleaning agent for your convenience).

Use the sealant after cleaning agent dries, around 1~2mins later. You can use two different cloth, one for cleaning agent, and the other for sealant. (Notice that the two can’t be mixed use together, and the second cloth will be better purified cotton and no picking.)

For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application.

Cut nozzle to desired size and extrude sealant to joint areas.

Tool immediately after sealant application, make it smooth and remove masking tape before sealant skins.

SHELF LIFE

12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5°C and 27°C.

White.
