As with male or female thread rod ends, a wide variety of materials are available resulting in products to fit any need. Standard catalog series include products with low carbon, high strength heat treated alloy steel, stainless steel, and Aluminum bodies.
Ball materials include sintered steel, alloy or stainless steel.All balls are precision ground and heat treated. Threads are rolled to appropriate classifications. Dimensions and configurations follow established industry conventions. Beyond the standard catalog offerings, non-standard materials substitutions and dimensional modifications are possible to meet specific customer application requirements. Many series are available with PTFE lined raceways, for smooth backlash-free fit.
