Straw pellet machine adopts Germanic high technic, pressing more crude fiber pellets then general materidals, besides general sawdust, such as very hard wood, rice husk, coffee husk,wheat straw,palm fiber, peanut shell, sun flower seed and son on. pellets diameter: 2-15mm.

Generally ring die pellet mill and two rollers flat die pellet mill can not bear engough pressure, pellets can not be shaped well and without high density, but this pellet mill adoping centrifugal force and three rollers integrates ring die and flat die both advantages, pressing the most hard materials perfectly.

Performance and the difference between similar pellet mills

I.Seven characteristics

II.Four differences

1.vertically feeding, is more easy to give out heat. the material is feeded  into the pelletizing room vertically and is well placed, no other pressing device is needed. The feed inlet of ring die pellet mill is set in one side, so light material is hard to get into the pelletizing room and other special force pressing device is needed, whats more, the lifetime of gear, bearing is shorten as the pelletzing room couldnt give out heat. Flat die pellet mill has its disadvantages as follows:

(1) flat die rotates to make rollers run, the output will be effected as material is easily arched which lead to uneven feeding.

(2) rollers rotates to make flat die run, it avoids the arching, but centrifugal force  will swing the material in the pelletizing room to the periphery,can not input materials evenly distributing pellet holes . even has no material to press in the center, then material piles up unevenly in thickness.

2.  This pellet mill's flat die is static, roller rotating, material centrifugal and distributed around evenly: using a unique double-layer high rebounding-effect die,naturally and evenly distribute in the dies .Normally ring-die pellet mills rollers are  the same static, die rotates, no centrifugal force,unevenly distributed material.Normally flat-die pellet mills rollers rotate to generate centrifugal force, but the die hole is inconsistencies with the material force.  

3. Double-layer dies, multi-function, high efficiency: die has upper parts and lower parts, can choose two different specifications of aperture, to produce two different specifications of pellet. When pelletizing good bonding materials, can heighten the rollers and two-layer dies to reach four-fold capacity. No flat die, ring die  can do this.

4. Macroporous die, wire joining circular tube, increasing travel, improving density.Because when briquette machine operating the die is static, then pelletizing large-diameter briquette, can die aperture outside wire joining circular tube, increasing travel, small size, low-cost die,can also enhancing the finished products density (density of finished briquette can be changed through adjusting the length of circular tube). Normally ring die pellet mills die is rotating,can not wire joining circular tube, to pelletize the large diameter briquette,can not reduce dies cost. Flat die pellet mill can not be incomparable.
