2.Standing from ring die and two rollers is that we invent three taper rollers flat die wood pellet machine, flat die has unique advantage to enlarge the die ,so rollers can be enlarged three or more, in this way, pressure is enlarged,which can make bearing enlarged, bearing more pressure and avoiding oil leakage. so it will press large crude fiber very well for long time using .in this way,ring die and two rollers can not compare .besides,key parts are made by our CNC system , which is high precision and quality. so our pellet mill can ensure the pellets high density and pressing efficiency.

3.Standing out from other supplier is that flat die wood pellet mill added automatical lubricated rollers ,gear and vertical shafte systems. the hydraulic pump can adjust the rollers and flat die pressure automatically. the technic is unique and more convient to operate.
