3. The use and maintenance
(1). Carefully before use full inspection, first clear the metal material stubbing, adjust material dry humidity in general about 13%, of course, different materials sometimes dry& humidity is not totally same.
(2). Before starting , first check the fasteners whether firmly, reliable, and pellet machine pressure wheel and template gap is appropriate (according to different materials users to mode)
(3). The first time use should take a few material waste lubrication oil to boot repeated extrusion to increase the smoothness of the template hole, improve the work efficiency.
(4). When mechanical operation pay attention to machine for abnormal unnumbered, such as an unidentified voice, shall be immediately stop check.
(5). Work hand in it is strictly prohibited to stretch into material mouth, such as a material available (flexible sticks to mix the can.
(6). Pellet machine combination crusher shall first open crusher first put less material, and observe granulating machine, and granulating machine after the material can be normal operation.
Note: some material may not easy to make pellet, need user test it, basically check a press wheel clearance, material fineness and dry humidity, such as a variety of materials can mix ratio test out the best effect, if in doubt ,pls contact me. Thank you
