Brief introduction
This wood pellet mill is taper shape rollers which make their ends rounding linear speed consistent with flat die, so it avoids dislocated friciton which maybe produce by unneccessary friction between rollers and die. In this way, it can reduce friction and save much energy consumption, lengthen die and rollers life.
We adopted pressure adjusting systems by hydraulic pump or controlling center vertical shaft as well as its assistant adjusting equipments. In this way, it can adjust pressure between rollers and flat die to fit for different pressure ratio materials, ensuring pellet density.
Body of rollers are large and groove is broad.
Rollers are smoothly when working, its big body and unique design increase pressing place, increasing production efficiency.
Machine adopts high pressure filtration and lubricating systems.
