1,SZLH250 pellet machie USES,APPLICABLE RANGE AND FEATURES
1.1 SZLH250 PELLET MACHINE is the main equipment for producing pellet feed and is used to produce pellet feed in small-scale breeding farm and feed-processing plant.It produces 0.5~1.5 tons of pellet feed one hoursand 500~1500 tons one shift a year. SZLH250 pellet machine is applicable to powder mixed feed processing plant with annual output of 1000~2000 tons.
1.2 SZLH250 pellet machine can be equipped with dies of Φ3,Φ4.5,Φ6, and Φ8 , which can be closed by user according to requiements.(Generally,Φ3 for chicken, Φ4.5~Φ6 for pig and fish,Φ6~Φ8 for ox and horse). User can have dies of Φ2.5 or bigger hole diameter made to order.
1.3 SZLH250 pellet machine has small measurement, 10W electricity consumption,10W noise and adjustable feeder,featuring compact structure,fine appearance and stable performance.
1.4 SZLH250 pellet machine has safety iron-attracting device,which can preventiron impurity mixed into feed from entering pellet chamber. And SZLH250 pellet mill is equipped with shear pin which will break when main motor is overloaded,it serves the of overload protection.
1.5 The main parts ,feeder and mixer of SZLH250 pellet machine are driven separately by three motors ,and the feeder adopts speed-adjusting motor , SZLH250 pellet machine can be adjusted wilfully within a certain range according to requirements.

The structure of SZLH250 pellet machine is shown in figure 1,SZLH250 pellet machine mainly consists of parts of feeding,mixing,pelleting and driving,ect. The operation process is as follows:
Mixed powder feed with about 13% of moisture content flows into feeder screw (its rotational speed is adjusttable) form hopper and into mixer .By conditioning through the stirring of mixer shaft and the mixing with steam ,the temperature of mixed powder feed is raised to 60~80°C and the moisture content to about 15%.Through the feed chute and iron -attracting device,iron impurity mixed into powder feed is removed,and finally mixed powder feed flows into pellet chamber for pelleting.
3.1 FEEDER
The structure of feeder is shown in Figure 2,it consists of screw shaft .SS shell,reducer and speed-adjusting motor.The screw serves the funcyion of conveying ,its rotational speed is adjustable (12~120rpm ) ,it is driven by speed-adjusting motor through reducer.Screw shaft can be released from the right side of feeder shell for cleaning and maintenance.
