For proper working of biomass briquette press and drying machine in the biomass briquetting plant, size of biomass waste is important. There are two types of crushing machine available for make suitable size sawdust or biomass grain for following drying machine and biomass briquette press

Sawdust Drying Machine

In the biomass briquette plant, when wet raw material is input into the hopper of dryer, the hot air stove(boiler) generates hot air, hot air mixed with wet sawdust and then sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower(fan) , flowing and go though the curving pipes and drying chamber of dryer, thus the wet sawdust is dried, and the dried sawdust is discharged from the outlet with air lock

Briquetting Press

In all kinds of briquetting machines, biomass briquette press is to compact the powder material into biomass briquettes. There are two types of biomass briquette machines, screw press and ram press. Compared to reciprocating piston briquette press, screw type biomass briquette machine have its good feature.
