Short Cycle Laminating Press Line presses the decoration paper, PVC template or wood slice onto the wood-based panel (including calcium silicate board, particle board, plywood and MDF).
Main features
1. Make use of PLC human-computer interface control, safety and reliably, and the pressure curve control accurately.
2. Hot-press frame with reasonable design is used with, is welded using the carbon dioxide gas from the domestic well-known & good-quality stainless and process the three working-faces on Plano miller.
3. Adopts the secondary recycling control system for controlling the temperature of top and bottom hot plate.
