Deepfreeze cold store is used for long-term or short-term storing frozen food of different temperature.Mainly used for storing meat and s.The temperature of cold reservoir is below -20 because of marine food products and cold drink will not go bad and keep fresh under -20.The feature of cold reservoir is to put the instruments into the cold store nonscheduled and after servel time the temperature of cold store will return to -20.Before this time no special requirements.But has the exact demands on temperature:between -18~-23 is low temperature cold store.If need storing dairy cold drink should between -20~-28.These two temperature range require for different level equipments,therefore the investment has large gap.
Generally speaking,deepfreeze means to store the food which has such temperature requirement to keep fresh.When temperature is below -15,the freezing rate is high, microorganism and enzyme stop growing,also oxygenizement is very slow.So the food can be stored long time and keep fresh.
