Products discription of the gas beverage rinsing filling and capping machine:
The series machine is combined of rinsing, filling and capping as integration. 1. Programmable process control with polyester bottle as packing holder, it can produce carbonic beverage or soft drink with gas or without gas. It has following features:
1. Adopting stainless steel material for the area contacting with drink materials, with special surface polish and smoothing, easy to wash and clear, and the sealing material is by rubber or EPDM materials.
2. Adopting the programmable controller as central controlling, and adopting pressure transmitter, magnetic hydraulic gauge which is a flow meter for filler and it can keep the balance of filling pressure which can ensure the liquid surface stable.
3. adopting a newly designed filling Valve which is specially used for plastic bottles. Keep distance of return gas and filling liquid tank, which can guarantee the filling material clean and purity.
