Falling film evaporators are widely used for the concentration of glucose, oligosaccharide, fresh milk, juice, vitamin C and other solution. Falling film evaporator is continuous operated in vacuum and low temperature condition, with the characteristic of high evaporation capacity, low ernergy consumption, furthest preserve the color, smell, taste and component. Widely used in food, medicine, food deep processing,beverage, environmental conservation, chemical and other industry.

3Low steam consumption, 3.5Kg water can be evaporated by 1 Kg steam.
4 Low evaporation temperature. Part of secondary steam is feed into first effect heater by spray hot pressure pump to make the best use of heat ernegy. Evaporator temperature is low.
5Concentration rate is high, thick liquid can flow easily, contration duration is short. Not easy to foul. Concentration rate can be 1: 5.
