A : If you are getting a fuller weave the average person needs about 2 packs of hair ( it is 200 gram. It is fuller enought). although it is advised to go for 2 packs. For weave it is best to buy 3 packs to make sure you have enough. You can always use the leftover hair later. If you are using hair over 24" long you might need another pack.Q. How long does it last?
A : Our human hair extensions can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own natural hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer. Q: Why the colors of hair extensions don't seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?
A: Different monitor have different display.And every time,maybe the same color No. will have a little color differentia.Please ask a help from the hair dresser for the colors`code as the international color swatch says.Q: Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extensions?
A: You can wash them as you would your own. Shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will help keep them looking healthier and shiny for longer! You will find that you don`t need to wash your extensions too much, about every 3 weeks. The extensions can be blow-dryed on low setting, but it isnot recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.Q: How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?
A: human hair has natural protein . It is easy to tell by burning and smell : human hair will be ash , which will go away after pinching. human hair will smell foul . When burning , the human hair will show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split end. It is normal and not a quality problem.

As each individual product may vary, consult your hair stylist for specific instructions.
1. Wash and condition hair regularly
2. Detangle hair gently before washing. Do not rub or twist hair
3. Add mild shampoo to cool water and swish hair till clean. Rinse thoroughly.
4. Blot out excess water with towel and allow hair to dry naturally. Do not expose to sun
5. Comb curly hair gently with your fingers. Do not brush
6. Brush straighter hair in a downward motion straight with the ends. Work your way up to the roots.
7. Certain items should not be brushed. EG braids, DOME, ETC. Consult your hair stylist if in doubt.
8. Hair may tangled if general care directions are not followed properly.

If after receiving our human hair goods, you have a problem or you do not like the hair color or texture, You can exchange them, but you need pay back and go shipping fee.

Repair Service
We offer repair services for any wigs that we sold. We don't repair other vendor's wigs.If the wig less than one month from you bought, we can repair it for free, but you need pay back and go shipping cost.
For more than one month repair wigs, the cost of the repair varies depending on type of repair that is required. Starting cost is $35.00. Plus the customer is responsible for back and go shipping cost. Most problems are able to be repaired on the unit. Including rips, tears, shedding, tangled etc.
Repair Services Include: 1.Mending Rips and Tears (Extensive rips or tears may not be able to be fixed) 2.Replacing Hair Loss
Instructions for Requesting Wig Repair Services: 1.Please put detailed information as to what type of repair is needed 2.We will respond to your advise if the problem is repairable Sending Your Unit in For Repair: 1.For sanitary reasons, you MUST wash your unit first prior to sending it in to us for repair(un-cleaned wigs will not be accepted for repair) 2.Print out the Order Form Receipt which includes your name, address, telephone number, and email address.Include a Typed Note with the repair areas listed. 3.Repairs will take approximately 15 days.
