Production Process:
Choose hair material:
We according to our clients request first choose the material of the hair. Such as the Chinese hair, India hair, Brazilian hair, Mongolia hair, European hair. Our hair is 100% human hair with no mixture. You can touch the hair to feel the hair. The 100% human hair is very soft, it is no tangle. | |
Make the model of the base wig: This process is decide the comfortable of wear. Every base wig size is according to our clients request to make the model head. Then we will use the lace to shap the base type. So when you wear it, you will feel it is just like your own hair in your head. You can see the base, it is no wrinkle in the base cap. Espaeially at the top to the ear. | |
Make change on the hair: The hair we need make it more soft and no tangle. We also need delect the hair to different material. Then we have specialized person to wash the hair to make the hair clean and more soft. The wig which wear the hair all have done by us. | |
Hand hook the hair on the lace: We will use the dealed hair to hook on the lace wig. It is not easy to hook the hair on the lace one by one. All process is hand-made.
