Copper aluminium flux-cored wire is a new type of brazing wire used for dissimilar metal. As a common flame welding filler metal, it is easy to operate, no need to add more flux. Featuring high strength and strong stealing ability, saving resources, and environment protection, our copper aluminium flux-cored wire is available for brazing of aluminum and aluminium, copper and aluminium. It is an ideal material which can realize aluminium replace copper for brazing refrigerator, electric machine, transformer.
Method:
1. Remove oil and rust away from work piece.
2. Heat welding position evenly by moving welding torch.
3. When temperature reaches 420°C, flux-cored wire should be added. Then wire melts, and make it flow into the joint evenly.
4. When the welding seam full, move torch away.
5. Cool down.
As one of our most popular hit products, aluminium flux-cored wire could replace ER4047, and need no more flux. Approached outstanding welding result to Korean and Franch wires, aluminum flux-cored wire is at half price of the imported products. Aluminium flux cored brazing wire is different from common aluminium filler metal, which needs argon welding.
Unlike ER4047 aluminium brazing wire requiring flux, our aluminium flux-cored brazing wire could work directly in flame brazing or induction welding. Because of self fluxing, flux and relative operations are not needed. Precise set proportion has avoided many problems provoked by adding flux when traditional manual welding applied. It improves welding quality, simplifies operation, increases producing rate, and realizes automation manufacturing. Some of our aluminium flux cored wire and copper aluminium flux cored wire are made of environment-friendly and non-corrosive flux. It needs no wash after welding, and has an advantage of little harm to base metal. The demanded amount from our custom is very large.
