Detailed Product Description

E308L-16 is a kind of calcium-titanium type coating ultra-low carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel electrode. There is less than 0.04% carbon content and intercrystalline corrosion-proof property in it´s deposited metal. It can be used with both AC and DC current and has good performance during welding.

Application:welding of ultra-low carbon Cr19Ni9, 0Cr19Ni11Ti corrosion-proof stainless steel structure working at the environment under 300 .  It is used for making the equipments for chemical fiber,fertilizer and oil etc.

C≤0.04 Mn:0.5-2.5  Si≤0.90  Cr:18.0-21.0  Ni:9.0-11.0  S≤0.03  P≤0.04  Mo≤0.75     Cu≤0.75

 NOTICE: 1.Must be baked at 150^'C  for an hour before use.

          2.It is better to use lower DC current than AC during welding .
