A super low carbon stainless steel electrode with titanium calcium type coating. As the carbon rate in the weld mental is less than 0.04%, has a good inter-crystalline corrosion resistant properties. Used on AC, DC and the manipulate is free.
Application:
Used to weld super low carbon chrome19 Nickel11 titanium stainless steel structure. it also can weld 0chrome 19nickel 11titanium stainless steel structure which is anticorrosion and work under 300oC. The electrode mainly used in the equipment manufacture of synethetic fibre, fertilizer and petroleum etc.

Note:
The electrode must be bake at about 150oC for one hour before using. It should be used on DC possible, not too large current otherwise the electrode becomes red easily.
