Welding flux (SJ101) Description:
SJ101 is a kind of fluoride-alkalinity-and slag-series sintered flux, mesh 10-60(that is
1.7-0.25mm). It is anti-rust, and it has great capacity of sulphur and phosphor removal. Out of
Excellent technology, this kind of flux has good welding performance with fine welding bead
appearance, easy to deslag, even in the narrow gap of deep slope entrance. The metal welding
seam has property of good plasto-toughness, with low diffusion of hydrogen and fine
crack(caused by coldness or heat)-resistance.
Welding flux (SJ101) Usage:
SJ-101 can be applied to weld low-carbon steel and low-alloy steel, when matching with
corresponding welding wires. Moreover, it can be used for fast welding of pipeline steel and for
welding of thick-wall structures of different kinds of high-tensile strength steel.

Welding flux(SJ101) Cautions:
(1)    The oil soil, moisture , iron rust and other foreign substances must be removed from the welding joint.
(2)    It is better to use direct current.

The welding flux must be baked under 300-350 for 2 hours before welding
