ZT.HJ230 (NO Manganese-Oxide welding flux)
In accordance with GB/T5293-1999 F4A2-H08MnAEquivalent to AWS F6A0-EM12 DESCRIPTION: ZT.HJ230 is a fused type no manganese-oxide flux with vitreous granule of gray color, about 8-40 mesh in size. It can be used on AC or DC power source. It provides good welding usability and good bead appearance. APPLICATIONS: This flux is primarily used for welding of carbon and low alloy steel structures in combination with H08MnA and H10Mn2 wires. GUIDELINES FOR USAGE:1.Dry the flux at 250°C for 2 hours before use.2.Completely remove rust, oil and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding. TYPICAL FLUX COMPOSITION RANGE:(%)
