Platform of Digital Truck Scale:
The platform of digital truck scale developed by our company patented right L combining with T type of beam. The beams are welded separately and sealed up, which greatly improves the rigidity, anti-distortion, anti-bending, and partial pressure resistance of weighbridge. Digital truck scale is widely used in places such as plant, mining area, terminal, goods yard, and warehouse.

Solving the deflection error:
Applying pre-designed digital mode and algorithm, digital truck scale can automatically perform corner-adjustment, zero compensation, and linearity correction, solving deflection problem and effect of temperature and time drifts, which decrease the error of weighing system, and greatly improve the stability and reliability of truck scale.
Fault self-diagnosing:
Advanced Man-PC communicating interface, outstanding self-diagnosing function, continuous detecting the working state of truck scale, sending error signal in time, locating faults accurately, avoiding the loss caused by the faults.

Most of the electric parts of digital load cells fixed in the shield body, adopting high integrated and intelligent processing unit, independent A/D converter and digital signal output interface, solving the problems of poor voltage signal and easy jamming caused by long-distance transmission.
