Load weighing controller series are the latest developed high-technology products, patent number: ZL 03 2 12673.5. The instrument can weigh material while loading them. It can prevent the loaders from over loading by weighing the loaded goods automatically. They are now being widely used by the industry such as Port, Railway, and Mining machinery, etc.

Basic Functions:

There are seven function keys for automatically subtracting the weight of bucket from the weighing value, setting zero, presetting and other functions.Indication. It can display the total weight of one truck, or total integrated weight. The indicator is LCD with back light.Memory. It will automatically keep and save the weight values of loading or unloading. The stored data cannot be lost even when there is a power failure. The data can be read at any time.Acoustic and light alarm. It will alarm when a truck is overloaded.

Principle of work:

Equipped with two pressure sensors on the loader, it can test the lifting pressure automatically. So the pressure signal can be converted into electricity signal. Then the analog signal is transformed into digital signal by A/D. These data is calculated in MCU, and the weight is shown on the display finally. The MCU will store one weight value when finishing the lifting of bucket. It will integrated the weight of every bucket until up to the setting weight value. Then it will alarm with acoustic and light signals and the integrated weight will be added into the total weight value.
