How To Measure Fashion-Dress
A perfect-fitting dress starts with perfect measurements. Before ordering a made-to-measure dress from our shop, we strongly encourage finding a professional local tailor who can help you measure accurately. Here, we'll show you which measurements are needed and how to correctly take them. Warning: measuring yourself at home is trickier than you think! For best results, always have your measurements taken by a professional local tailor.
Bust: Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.
Waist: This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.
Hips: This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.
Hollow to Hem: This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.
As to the bust size, you can also measure as the method below. But please remember that before measuring, you must raise up the bust area by placing some material inside the dress and then remeasure the dress to get an accurate bust measurement in 4 steps as below:
Shoulder - From the edge of the shoulder socket, measure across the back to the same point on the other shoulder.
Armscye (for garments with sleeves) - Measure from the top of the shoulder, down the front of the shoulder, under the arm pit, and up the back of the shoulder.
Arm Length (for garments with long sleeves) - Measure from your shoulder point to the wrist.
Hollow to Hem (only for short length dress) - Measure from the center of the collarbone (Hollow) to the dress hem. Note: The length is not measured starting from the garment neckline.

If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and with the intact tags attached.
If there is a quality problem and you want to apply for a refund, please upload some persuasive pictures or video. Once it is verified, you can send the item back to us (customer assumes the shipping cost) only after you get our permission, and we will give you the corresponding refund.
If you feel the size of the dresses is not suitable and you want to apply for a refund, then you should provide us enough evidences to prove it. Most importantly, what you provide should strictly accord with the measurement standards in our website.
Dress(es) must be sent back within 3 days from the receipt day.
For exchanges,if it is because of our mistakes and cause quality problem and other problems, we will pay the shipping cost. If not,the clients pay all shipping cost.
