The meeting is hold by the sales who is responsibility for the order, conferees include Sales Manager, Factory Director, Production Supervisor, QC, Warehouse Keeper and Purchaser Department.
On the meeting, we will also confirm the time of different material’s preparation, the schedule of production and shipping time etc, so that the order can go on standardized and orderly.
At the same time, we also make different SOP files according to different models to let the production formal and orderly.
