Liquid-surface covering ball with edge/water treatment
Liquid-surface covering ball with edge/water treatment

Detailed Product Description

Liquid-surface corving ball with edge /water treatment:

Hollow Floation Balls are successfully used in many applications: amodizing, food processing, metal processing and finishing, sewage treatment, gas scrubbing, temperature retardation and more.

Hollow Floation Balls blankets provide highly effective solutions to diffcult liquid storage problems throughout the processing. Petrochemical and Metal Treatment industries. By placing a sufficient quantity of hollow plastic balls onto the surface of a liquid , the balls automatically arrange themselves into a close packing formatioin over 91% of the surface area. Such a high surface coverage provides an extremely effcitive barrier and significantly reduces the mass and heat transfer mechanisms operating between the liquid and surrounding environment.

its advantages:

Heating costs reduced by up to 75%

Reductioin of liquid loss through evaporation by up to 90%

Reduced chemical consumption

Improved working environments

A reduction in corrosivevapours ensures increased life expentancy of building structures.

Reduced demand on air extract systems.

Material specification and chemical resistance:

Polypropylene: Able to withstand continous working temperature of up to 110 degree celsius. Suitable for contact with most chemical used in the metal treatment industry.

High Density Polythylene: Suitable for warking conditions up to 80 degree celsius. HDPE is recommonded for all external applications due to its enhanced resistance to freezing condition. Black Ultra Violet stabilising additives prevent the degrading effects of sunlight. HDPE is also recommended for demineralised water and Chromic acid applications.

PVDF: This is material offers significant increases in operating temperatures up to 160 degree celsius providing resistance to many aggressive chemicals where alternative plastics would fall.
