1. Technical Introduction

It is a technique which adopts ‘ion exchange’  to recovery aurum from spent solution for plating bath wash in au-plated line, immersion gold line and gold finger line in PCB or electro-plating plants. It includes tail water (Au≤4~8ppm) which adopts electro-deposit technique to recovery gold and which adopts active carbon absorption to recovery gold. 

2. Application Scope

It’s applied to integrated spent aurum containing solution in PCB industry, electro-plating industry, smelting industry, painting or jewelry making industry.

3. Equipment Introduction 

3.1 Work Flow

Spent aurum containing solution firstly is pumped through filter to remove particle solids and suspended solids.  And then gold is absorbed from water in ion exchange tower with resins which adopts 3-level absorption treatment. Aurum-adsorbed resin then be replaced by new ones when it is fully loaded and aurum is finally be recovered through resin analysis treatment.
