RO is one of the most advanced and effective separating technics in the world. By the penetrating principle of semi-permeable membrane, under some force opposite to the naturally penetrating force, water of the solution with high concentration penetrating to solution of low concentration under the pressure is called RO. The RO is composed of RO components, and the diameter of the RO membrane is so small that can wipe off the dissolved salt, colloid, microbes, organic substance (efficiency of 97%-98%). The system is of high quality, low energy consuming, no pollution, simple technics, convenient operation, etc.
Mineral water, spring water is usually produced with pressure as driven force, by use of UF membrane with different diameter to separate impurities. At present, PSU & poplypropylene hollow fiber is applied much more in water treating field.
Super pure water is working with RO facilities combining with ion-exchange bed or EDI, ion-exchange bed is working by ion-exchange resin in electrolyte solution, can be used to wipe off all kinds of kation and anoin, is a method to produce high purity water , which can not be substitute. Ion-exchange equipment is of kation exchanging equipment and anion equipment. When the raw water passing ion-exchange pole, the kation and anion(HCO3-plasma ion)in water will exchange with H+ in positive resin and OH- in negative resin to get salt taking-off. The combination of kation and anoin will get the water higher purified.
