Working principle:

The qualified raw water is input into the preheater after increased the pressure by multilevel pump. After heat exchanging, the raw water is entered into each preheater. Next the raw water is input into the raw water distributor of the 1st stage evaporator, which is spouted to the inside of the heating tubes. So that the raw water in the tube is flowed as membrane, which is heated by boiler steam. The produced second steam with drips is entered into the gas and steam separating setting from the bottom of the heating tubes. The separated pure steam is entered into the next stage as heating steam, meanwhile, the raw water, which is not evaporated, entered into the next stage. And then it is repeated above mentioned process. The pure steam from last stage is converged with each stages condensed water(except 1st stages), after cooling and drainage of the infusible gas, it is became the WFI with the temperature 92-99 Centigrade.

How to guarantee high quality of WFI?

Double tubesheet:Avoiding cross pollution by some materials.(It is customized to choose single tube or double tubesheet, according to customers requirements)Raw material:The parts (including pipes), which are contacted with pure steam, pure steam condensed water, are adopted SS316L, rest parts are adopted SS304.Reasonable sealing structure: The most parts of the equipment are adopted flange connection.The sealing gasket is adopted PTFE. In the north area, 5 stages distilled water machine dont use cooling water, in the south area, it is used a little cooling water. As for the 6 stages distilled water machine it is neednt use cooling water.Because the big space and the low speed separation are used, it is avoided the corrosion by steam friction, so that it is increased the using life of equipment. At the same conditions, the using life of the s series multi-stage distilled water machine will be 5-6 years longer than helical plate one.Double-faced automatic welding with argon shield:Welding pipes and shell of the equipment, to guarantee the welding quality.Insulation:It is adopted special insulated material, the cover is adopted SS304 draw bench plate.Control system:Providing more choices among manual control,PLC+instruments automatic control, PLC+touch screen full automatic control etc. It can be online displayed the parameters(e.g:temperature, conductivity, flow and pressure etc.)to know the working status at any time.It also can be customized to add the paperless or paper recorder.

Using way of third degree separating. 

It is good for replenishing each other.Gravity sedimentation has good separating effect for big and middle drop.Turbulent flow has good separating effect for small drop.Wire mesh despumation has good separating effect for micro-drop.Comparing way of third degree separating with way of spiral plate separating, the first one can increase 30% separating precision, contains endotoxin 0.0625EU/L, contains microbion10CFU/100ml. The quality of water satisfied the standard of International Pharmacopoeia.Using structure of double tubesheet.

First stage evaporator, first stage preheater, first stage condenser are used structure of double tubes, so that it is avoided the cross pollution and guaranteed the stable quality of outlet water.First stage with level switch.In the first stage of multi-stage distilled water machine, there is a level switch to control, it is avoided happening of the followed things. To avoid  the raw water entering the next stage along with the increasing of the pure steam, which is caused by the seeper in the first stage, so that producing unqualified distilled water in next stage is avoided, finally to avoid the producing unqualified outlet water by the whole equipment.Reasonable control automatic drainage of qualified and unqualified distilled water. The opening of the three way valves is controlled by conductance meter. When the conductance of the distilled water is higher than the fixed one, the unqualified end of the three way valve will open at once. Because the sensor is installed before the three way valve, so that the unqualified distilled water can not outlet from the qualified end, avoiding the pollution. When the conductance of the distilled water is lower than the fixed one, if the qualified end of three way valve is opened immediately, partial unqualified water will outlet from the qualified end, so that it will be polluted. In order to solve this problem, we uses delay   management on design process, it means that when the conductance of the distilled water is lower than the fixed one, the qualified end of three way valve is not opened immediately, it will delay the opening time, when the distilled water in the pipes where is after sensor are qualified, the qualified end is opened. At the same conditions, the using life of the s series multi-stage distilled water machine will be 5-6 years longer than spiral plate one.No leakage. Because the evaporator and the structure of separation are used, it is avoided occurred difficult problems, that is to say, when the distilled water tubes of each stage are penetrated the soleplate, the leakage is happened. It is used flange connection for evaporator, preheater, condenser. The sealed gland is made by polytetrafluoroethylene. The whole equipment can be guaranteed that there is no  leakage at least 8 years.
