Disk Ultrasonic Self - Cleaning Micro Filter

Disk ultrasonic filter is a type of energy efficient micro - filter equipment, designed for the deep wastewater purification.

Disk Ultrasonic Self - Cleaning Micro Filter is provided with the following main characteristics :

(1)   Effluent quality is good and stable.

        Disk ultrasonic self – cleaning micro filter is a type of equipment where the filter disk covered with filter cloth is used to replace the sand filter material for the conventional filter chamber, the filter cloth is provided with an aperture with very small size and several micrometers (μm) can be with held from the diameter of the small particle, thus the quality and stability of the effluent water is better than that of the aggregates filter chamber.

(2)    Novel design and impact and load resistance.

         The Disk ultrasonic self – cleaning micro filter can be considered as the combination of the filter chamber and the sedimentation basin and can be used for spoil disposal, where in the particle sized sludge directly deposits down to the bucket – shaped bottom of the pool.

(3)    Simple and compact with less ancillary equipment and low investment.

         Continuous filtration can be achieved when cleaning with the Disk ultrasonic self – cleaning micro filter, while continous filtration can not be realized when back washing the sand filter.

         As the filter cloth is relatively thin, it is very easy to wash and the washing is very efficient, at the same time, a set of ultrasonic self – washing device is added on the basis of the original traditional fiber rotary filter, so that ultrasonic can be used to automatically wash the filter cloth during the filtration without any impact on the filtration efficiency.

(5)    Automatic operation, simple and convenient maintenance.

         The filtration process is controlled by computer able to adjust the negative pressure suction during the washing process and the discharging sludge during the interval time and duration of the under – pressure pumping and washing process and the spoil disposal process, where maintenance management by specially – assigned person is hardly necessary.

(6)    Small pressure head.

         The pressure head loss is much smaller than that of the sand filter pool, where the loss of the head inside the disk ultrasonic self – cleaning micro filter is generally 0.3m, while the sand filter pool head loss is generally more than 1.5m, in addition, the sand filter tank head loss is higher than 5m, causing a large energy loss and increasing the operating cost.

     

(7)    Covers an smaller area much than other sand filter pool.

         Since the filter disc is designed to be vertical to the hollow tube, so that a small floor area can guarantee a large filter area, thus reducing the capacity of pool, reducing the amout of materials and earth volume and significantly reducing the cost of construction project. The filter pool with a daily treatment amout of 10 thousand tons waste water covers an area of not more than 15 square meters and is as high as 3.3m. The technological transformation can be adopted to solve the difficulties of lack of space.

(8)    Convenience of installation.

         The disk ultrasonic self – cleaning micro filter is easier to install than the aggregate sand filter pool, wherein the pipe fittings and electrical equipment can be put into use after field connection, while the filter material always needs to be installed for the aggregate sand filter pool.

(9)    Less design cycle and the construction period.

         The disk ultrasonic self – cleaning micro filter gets integrated equipment able to be shipped and transport on whole, so that the design and construction is easy and quick and it is easy to expand.

(10)  Low operation cost.

         The operating cost is very low, where it is less than 0.005 yuan/ ton water.

(11)  System function recovered quickly.

          The system function can be rapidly recovered, where in there is a smaller impact on the filter pool to deal with the incidents occurring to the system before filtering, while the recovery is quite rapid, in addition, if the accident of pollution happens, it will be just an accident outside th efilter disc without any effect on the inner of the filter disc, moreover, the sewage inside the filter pond can be rapidly cleared away through the sludge discharge pipe.

(12)   Foundation endurance required low.

          There is a low requirement on the endurance of the ground base and less investment in the equipment foundation is needed. It is especially applicable to the upgrading and reformation of the established sewage treatment plants which can get the effluent to reach class A from class B.
