Brine Electrolysis Sodium Hypochlorite Generator
Introduction
The revolutionary new NT-C series sodium hypochlorite generator is a fully intergrated, patented and high efficient design from SCITEC. Salt and water are electrolyzed to produce 0.8% sodium hypochlorite solution.
NT-C adopts simple and compact design to realize automatic continious production and ensure low operation and capital costs.
Generation Principle
Refined salt is mixed with softened water in the saturator to form saturated brine. It is diluted to 3% by softened water and injected into the electrolyzer. The solution is electrolyzed with direct current, the anodic product is chlorine gas and the cathodic product is sodium hydroxide and hydrogen. These two substances react with each other to form sodium hypochlorite solution.
Advantages And Features
1. Water ,electricity and salt as raw materials, no need storage or transportation of hazardous chemicals;
2. NaClO solution is stable and cost effective in operation;
3. Transparent electrode shell for easy scaling monitoring, softened water for scaling prevention, only one acidic washing per year;
4. High current efficiency, few byproducts, safe H2 ventilation;
5. Intergrated and compact design, little space, low capital cost;
6. Automatic operation, no surveillance.
