Process Introduction
(1)Feeding Transforming PET bottles into label separator by belt conveyor.
(2)Label separating PET bottle label separator removes the labels mainly by friction of gears and screws. Label separator can be adjusted according to the sizes of the bottle, and separator friction clearance to obtain a perfect result.
(3)Label blower PET bottle and labels basically separate after the process of label separating. Label blower is to separate bottle and labels by the power of wind.
(4)Manually separating Through manually sorting, bottle with labels and bottle of other material can be sorted out to ensure getting high quality PET bottles.
(5)Crushing PET bottle can be crushed to under 10mm.
(6)Boiling Through high-temperature boiling with special compound chemical, labels, adhesive, oil, mud and sand, etc dirt on the flakes can be removed. Generally, boilers are used in pairs. Because boil can be only used by the batch, so each line has two boilers for concessive prodction. After boiling, the left labels, adhesive, oil, mud and sand will totally be removed, finally getting bottle flakes with high purity. (7)Dewatering The flakes are transformed to dewater by screw conveyor. The water on the flakes will be extruded by dewater.
(8)Rinsing By rinising two, the dirt and drugs on flakes can be cleaned by water, finally getting high quality PET flakes.
(9)Dewatering The flakes will be transformed to silo after dewatered. This plan chooses vertical centrifugal dewater.
(10)Air supply system The flakes will be sent to product silo by wind.
(11)Bale opener Help to open the baler by gearing
