KVOM Type 15ppm bilge water separator combines vacumm gathering separation and microfiltration separation.
It can be applied in oil water treatments in vessel bilge,industrial and mining enterprises,power plants,and oil depots,and it can also treat high concentration of oil emulsion wastewater.
Its functions complies with the international waste water discharge standard of IMO and the requirement stipulated in the MEPC.107(49)regulated by the international Marine Association Environmental Protection Committee.
It has also be in line with domestic wastewater discharge standard like CCS,to meet the whole world demand.
Main features
1)matching pumps do not directly inhaling oily wastewater,thus avoiding the original oil-water emulsion,to ensure separation devices have higher separation,
2)the first stage separating coalescence component in the separation device can carry on automatically backwashing,no plug ,no need to rep;ace long-term use.
3)with good oil discharge auto control and related security measures for matching pumps,according to the nature of the oil and sewage treatment to control an emission or discharge into the secondary treatment,and automatically shut down when dealing with unqualified failure treated water outlet back to the cabin features to make sure it easy to operate,reliable in performance and in line with unattended machinery space requirements,
4)the device consists of gathering separator,fine filter and emulsion separator,special pumps,electric control box,15ppm bilge water alarm,coarse filter,conversion valve assembly in a public base,if needed ,it can independantly install the first vacumm gathering separation and electric control box and secondary emulsion separator and 15ppm bilge water alarm device according to the cabin location,
