Soften water technology
When hard water passes through the cation resin in the exchange tank, the calcium and magnesium in water will be exchanged and absorbed by sodion in the resin, to remove calcium, magnesium, carbonate or non-carbonate hardness, which is softening water. When resin absorbs a certain amount of calcium, magnesium, it is necessary for regeneration, which is salt-box resin layer of salt water rinse. Sodium in the saltwater switches hardness ions of the resin to the water and is discharged with the renewable liquid, to regain the exchange resin capacity in order to continue to soften water.
The characteristics of softened water
Manual control: manual washing, backwashing, and salt-absorption, regeneration regularly.
Automatic control: to auto-complete softening regeneration procedure according to the preset program. No manual operation is needed except adding salt in the daily operation. (Automatic inlet water control need a constant pressure of 0.2-0.4 MPa)

Application scope of softened water:
It’s widely used in various industries and civil softened water equipment, like boiler supplied water, heat water air-conditioning systems, textile and dyeing, paper milling, bathing, food processing, laundry water etc. the processed volume is from 0.5 t/h to 100 t/h.
