About our technology
The RESEM Co.Ltd has adopted the lasted pyrolysis technology to convert the waste tires and waste plastics into treasure, which the finally products are various grades of milled carbon char, three cuts of oil, pyrolysis gas and sensible steel.
The basic parts of our plant:
· Reactor: We should pyrolysis plastic or tires in it. It is rotary which can quicken the
pyrolysis speed. The carbon also be discharged from the door of the reactor. Our
equipment also include the slagging machine which don not show in this pic.
· Sealed auto-slag chamber: when we slag the carbon, we should close the door
of this chamber to prevent the dust.
· Strong Atomization tower: that is emission controller system. Its function is
dedusting and desulfurization. Some harmful smoke which contains dust and sulfur will
come out along with the pyrolysis, but it can be removed by this emission controller.
Beside the tower, you can find a draft fan which can help to inhale the smoke from the pipes and then release it into sky more quickly.
· Gas sub-package with tower: At about 200 °, there will produce oil gas from
the reactor. The oil gas will travel from reactor to the gas sub-package tower, in which the
heavy oil and impurities will be departed from due to the gravity. The heavy oil will flow into the residue oil tank for storage.
· Cooling system: the gas will continue its journey from the gas sub-package to the
pipes in the cooling pool, where the gas will convert to liquid ( to become oil) and then flow
into oil tank for storage.
· Water seal: It is a group of safety device. It connects with the reactor to resist the fire
from the reactor due to the water in it . The waste combustible gas that can not transform
into liquid in the cooling pool will flow through cooling pipes and oil tank to the water seal. After filtered by the water seal, it will be recycled to the reactor for heating. It is not only
environment protection, but also energy conservation.
