Application:
Lubricating, Hydraulic oil regenerating device- ZJD series are suitable especially for purifying and restoring hydraulic oil, machine oil, gear oil, coolant oil and various other lubrication oil. The most breakdown of machinery which has lubrication oil system results from contaminated lubrication in which has water, gas, impurities etc. ZJD series can rapidly remove water, gas, particulate matters and impurities from lubrication oil and improve properties of lubricating oil so as to greatly extend lifetime of machinery which has lubrication system.
It is widely used in hydropower station, metallurgy, spring steel factory, fertilizer factory, power plant, motor factory, petrifaction, railroad and other enterprises. It can purify mechanical oil, refrigerator oil, hydraulic oil, quenching oil, steamer oil, diesel engine oil, wheel oil, insulation oil, and emulsification oil, oil with too much water and waste oil. The polluted lubricating oil is purified and reused by taking off water-solubility, acid, alkali and impurity. It can reach the national stand of keeping working viscidity, flash point, etc.
Edges of ZJD:
This machine adopts the latest technology of demulsifying molecule, dehydration, degasification, and advanced heat dissipation system. It can assure the demulsification of vacuum pump oil by turning vapor about 80 into water in one second. The electric heating function can heat oil into appointed temperature very quickly and take off 50%~80% water from oil within a short time. The special-made filter system can remove the impurity from oil efficiently, so the polluted oil can reach the standard of new oil and be reused.
After the oil treating in the oil purifier, the lubricant oil can be used in high precision and hydraulic device both domestic and foreign due to the lower demulsifying value, less water content and high precision impurities.

Guarantees & Documentation:
TONGRUI Warrant the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of sixteen (16) months from date of shipment or twelve (12) months after the start up of the system. TONGRUI obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing, without charge F.O.B. point of manufacture, a similar part to replace any part, which was proven to be defective within warranty period. TONGRUI shall not in any event be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages. The performance guarantee will be within limitations as detailed in duty & performance paragraph of this specification.

Working principe& flow chart:
1, Working principle
When the oil purification starts, firstly contaminated oil enter into heater, secondly flowed into pre-filter under the difference pressure, in which the large impurities are removed. Thirdly oil goes into intermediate filter. Fourthly oil flow into water separator, the water separator adopts a special skill which changes the change the impaction of oil and water to speed up trace water and coagulate big water which is separated from oil and stored in
water content. After that, oil passes through the fine filter and fine particles of matters is
removed during the process. Finally oil flows into vacuum pump which use stereo-evaporation removing residual trace of water and steam is condensed in the condenser or expelled out by the vacuum system. the oil was transported out by oil pump. The purification process has finished.
