DMC-II Bag Dust Collector is suitable to control the lead dust cuased in the process of plate cutting.The DMC Bag Dust Collector is the most widely used equipment with strong pollution control capacity,high quality,long service life, simple structure, low operation noise,easy maintenance and stable performance which has high efficienct pollution control.       

Under the negative pressure of blower,the dust airflow goes through air suction hood and pipes,enters the inlet of the DMC Collector.The airflow goes through the bag house being filtered by filter bags.The lead dusts cling to the bags and clean airflow goes through venturi tubes being discharged out of the outlet of the collector.The more and more dusts clung to the bags make dusty airflow harder and harder to go through them.To make sure the collectors normal operation,each pulse control valve matched with the bags are driven by pulse controller making the compressed air jet from the air container through venturi tubes into bags.The bags inflates immediately making dusts on the surfaces of the bags fall down to ash funnel system being discharged.
