mainly manufacture tires pyrolysis machine which extracting oil, carbon black from waste tires, rubber and plastic.
Five models as below:
GM-5100, the reactor 2200mm diameter*5100 length, can process 4 tons per batch, three batches in two days, in average it process 6 tons per day;
GM-6000, the reactor 2200mm diameter*6000 length, can process 5 tons per batch, three batches in two days, in average it process 7-8 tons per day.
These two models needs two 40HC for shipping.
The whole set machine itself needs about 250 square meters land, costs about 60kg coal per ton tires, 10kw electricity per hour.
GM-2600-6000, 2600mm diameter*6000mm length, can process 8 tons per batch, one batch per day;
GM-2800-6000, 2800mm diameter*6000mm length, can process 10 tons per batch, one batch per day.
GM-2800*6600, 2800mm diameter *6600mm length,can process 12tons per batch, one batch per day.
These three models need one 40FR and one 40HC container to ship. The shipping fee is much higher.

The production process
Directly put the waste tires into machine , catalytic cracking processor atmospheric steam heating oil gas and the gas by condenser, liquefiable part ,condensing for tyre oil, gas system through liquefaction stab processing objects bottom burned. After the end of each furnace , the cooling of the automatic door carbon residue dregs.

1.industrial waste ,allow multiple waste mixed simultaneously ( >70%, but suggest PE,PVC < 10%)

In the course of production waste treatment
Waste gas
Through two water and gas safety device nozzle, eliminate the burning gas pollution and save a lot of fuel,soot emissions from zaoqing adopted ZTCtype series of dust, smoke emission can achieve GB 13271-2001 related standards.
Waste water
In the process of oil ,can produce some weakly acidic waste(1ton oil every production can produce about 50 kilograms of wastewater ,the quantity is small, easy handling),are the national patent products with qualification standard treatment.
Waste solid
Tyre through catalytic hot cracking the remaining residue after is carbon black ,The solide waste does not exist .
