Work flow of EA series incinerator
First time burning→twice burning→dust removing→heat exchange→ cooling quickly→first time spraying→second time spraying→water and gas separate →end air purify→discharge
This systems works as follows:
1) Fill the medical waste to the primary chamber, closed the door.
2) Start the water pump and fan, and spraying system.
3) Start the burner of second chamber, and it spraying the oil and burnt
4) Start the burner of primary chamber, and it spraying the oil and burnt
5) The waste will been burnt into the ashes and the gas such as black smoke, dioxin, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide ,sulfide,nitric oxide, chloride and the other Poisonous and harmful ingredients, after 2s resident time in the second chamber in which the temperature reach 1000-1300°C , the gas will been break apart,and then go across the cooling system, the temperature of gas will reduced to less than 110°C and, the dioxin can’t synthesize at this temperature.
6) After the gas been sprayed and purified, it will discharge into the air. The volume of waste will reduce by more than 97%. The special design circulation water pool, can be used to precipitate the acid waste and supply the cooling water and spraying water, and will not discharge to other sewage system so it willnot produce a second time pollution
