I. Brief Introduction

    Dry acetylene technology,widely used in industry of calcium carbide process PVC and chlor-alkali chemical industry with so many benefits, such as energy-saving, lower energy consumption, environmental protection, safe, controlled reaction process,  carbide mud residue as building materials and so on, is congruous with national policy of environmental protection. On 5th 2007, this technology is put into enterprise catalog of prevention and control of air pollution and technology catalog of environmental protection encouraged by State Environmental Protection Administration.

gaseous phase is 90-95°C,and solid phase temperature is 100-110°C, the reaction is brought away by the steam. The diameter of calcium carbide is less than 2mm, the hydrolysis rate is higher than 99%, and the acetylene yield rate is higher than 98.5%.

Safety, water-saving and high-efficiency dry acetylene technology uses 1.2 times water to hydrolyze calcium carbide powder, and produces water content 5%-8% calcium carbide dregs, water content of acetylene is 75%, reaction temperature

1,Zero Discharge

 The water needed is acetylene, not only to protect environment but also to recover dissolved acetylene. 

2,Zero Dust Discharge

Closed process from crushing to discharging. If carbide mud residue is used for manufacturing cement, it can be carried into cement factory. If for bricks making, discharge moisture is adjusted free from dust.

3,Air Pollutant Discharge

0.02% of acetylene in the vapor from discharge machine

4,Solid Pollutant

Carbide mud residue is the material for cement making, and for other building materials.
