1. Main FrameMaterial shall be low alloy and high strength plate, which conforms to the National Q345 standard of GBJ591-79 by chemical propriety and GBJ591-79 on its mechanical performance with the yield stress greater than 345Mpa.The steel matches ASTM 572 grade 50 standard. The rigid frame should be a 3 pieces built-up (plant welded) tapered “H” section column with one intermidiate post and rafter with pre-drilled holes to be determined by designing requirements.
2. Secondary Structure:Material to be ordered in high strength and must conform to ASTM A570 grade 50 with full mill certification reports for each shipment. The purlins and girts to be zinc coated roll-formed “Z” or “C” section with pre-punched holes for field assembling.
