Seller, check and if you agree, sign the contract and returned tothe buyer via e -mail, fax or courier.G. Buyer verifies that the contract is approved, signed, notarizedbefore sealing .H. Within three days the contract must be returned to Seller by e-mail, fax or courier.I. After the contract sent to the seller, this renders the invoice andsend to the Buyer via e -mail, fax or courier.J. After receiving the invoice from the Seller to the Buyer viae-mail, fax or courier, the Purchaser shall issue within five workingdays of receiving the invoice, First the procurement/commitment feesfor seller to proceed . The seller receives the first swift copyoperations and activities with the terms of the payment form. Shouldbe sent by the buyer by fax, mail or courier.L. After receiving first swift copy for procurement/commitment fees ,seller does packaging , calls for inspection and also loading byaccording to buyers requirementsP. From the receipt of the first swift copy , the period of 21 to 30days delivery begins to run. Payment terms are followed as mentionedaboveQ. After the first vessel arrived at the destination, subsequentdeliveries will become the last 30/35 days delivery.
