1. technical specification
A: The house is in compliance with the Integra Building System. The life time is about 70years with well maintenance.
B. Snow resistance maximum snow load of 2.9KN/M2
C. Maximum Wind resistance is 220km/h.

2. Size and design:
The size is flexible and can be designed according to customer’s demand. The design is subject to customer’s final confimation.
3. Electricity system:
Including fluorescene lighting, switch, socket, control box, wiring etc or according to customer's favorite.
4. Accessories:
Toilet and bathroom including ceramic water closet, shower head, sink, wash basin etc or according to customer's favorite.
5. Installation:
We will send technicians to guide the installation on site. All the kits of the houses are prefabricated before leaving the factory for transportation. In general the installation for 100 m2 house is about 5 days for 4 labors.
6. Deliver time:
After receiving 50% down payment, the deliver time will be 20-30 days after customer’s final confirmation of the drawing.
7. Payment terms:
T/T or Irrevocable confirmed at sight L/C.
8. Load:
For one 40’ container, about 150 square meters of prefabricated houses can be loaded.
9. Package:
Export standard or as per customer’s demand.
