CZ-K & CZF-K Series Fan Casing Open (-K)
Introduction:
UGTM CZ & CZF Series Marine Axial Fans are new design with energy save and low noise. They are design for ocean-going marine vessel’s cabin air ventilation and air exchange. The design and manufacture technique of these fans are based on the technique of FP type marine axial-flow fans that introduced by Nishishiba Electric Co. Ltd of Japan.
Features:
CZ & CZF fans are characterized by their extreme compact structure, small size, light weight, less power consumption, smooth and reliable in operations, able for reversing operating, and excellent resistance to certain degree of shock and vibration.
Structure:
The impeller is made of excellent anti-corrosive cast aluminum alloy that dynamically balanced in order to ensure reliability and smooth operation.
The fan casing is welded construction and made of mild steel with flanges at both ends for bolts and nuts to connect to the duct. The fan casing can either be made into an integral one (CZ or CZF) or open-type one (CZ-K or CZF-K).
The open type (CZ-K or CZF-K) opening is along the axial direction, the impeller and the motor are fixed on the movable half of the casing that fasten by bolts and nuts, in order to bring convenience for on-spot-repair and replacement of the spare parts.
The fans are manufactured with the structure of the built-in motor in the casing. The impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft.
Take the view of the motor rear side, the impeller should be turning clockwise, in practice, it can also be turning counter clockwise too. In such a reversing turning the air capacity is about 60% or more of the normal rating.
The fans can be match with AC380V with 50Hz, or 440V with 60Hz with marine or navy motor.
